According to the official Facebook page, the documentary is set to be called: Thanks. And Sorry: The Chuck Mosley Movie. They explain that it's a “film about the life and times of one of the most unique musicians ever born, Chuck Mosley.”

The film is set to be produced by Douglas Esper, a longtime friend to Mosley.

Mosley sang on two Faith No More albums—1985’s We Care A Lot and 1987’s Introduce Yourself—before exiting the band in 1988.

Following those two records, Mosley sang for Bad Brains from 1990 to 1992, going on to form Cement, releasing two albums: Cement and Man With The Action Hair.
