Frances Bean Cobain's ex-husband sues Courtney Love over Kurt Cobain's guitar

Apparently, it’s not enough for Frances Bean‘s ex to get the guitar Kurt Cobain played on Nirvana‘s MTV Unplugged in their divorce settlement.

Now, Isaiah Silva is suing his ex-wife’s mother, Courtney Love, claiming she tried to kill him to get the iconic guitar back.

People reports Silva is also suing Love’s manager Sam Lufti, 13 Reasons Why and Riverdale actor Ross Butler and Yan Yukhtman, among others.

According to the lawsuit, Lutfi, Butler and Yukhtman committed “trespass, burglary, home invasion robbery, assault, battery, kidnapping, and murder” against him on June 3.

Silva alleges they conspired to kill him with the intent of stealing Cobain’s guitar.

Plus, Butler and Lufti provided Love and Frances with illegal drugs, according to Silva.

People reports that it’s not clear what damages Silva is seeking.

Earlier this month, Silva received the Nirvana frontman’s guitar as part of his and Frances’ divorce settlement,
