TMZ reports Silva got the guitar in a property settlement agreement.

At the time of the divorce, in 2016, Silva claimed Frances gave him the guitar as a present when they were married, and he wouldn't return it.

According to TMZ, Kurt Cobain's daughter accepted his claims, so they wouldn't have to go to trial.

Silva was also asking Frances for $25k/month in spousal support, which he was denied.
