Frank Iero hilariously roasts fan who bought My Chemical Romance CDs

Social media king (and he’s also great musician, we guess) Frank Iero is at it again. At what, exactly? Well, making jokes at the expense of My Chemical Romance fans.

As if we needed another reminder they broke up five long years ago. At least, he can make us laugh about it for a while.

Will Frank Iero ever stop roasting fans on Twitter? The answer is probably no, and here’s what happened that makes us believe that.

The internet favorite’s party dad shared a post on Instagram today, Nov. 7, with some of the music he got in the mail.

It includes music from Laura Jane Grace and the Devouring Mothers, Surfbort and ’68. Great post, 10/10 would recommend.

“Everyone should own a copy of these records… they should be the new “i voted” sticker,” he added.

The roast

Iero also shared the post on Twitter, as one does. And that’s when the fun (and the replies) began.

One fan replied to the musician’s post with a picture of the “new” music they received in the mail.

“I got some amazing new music in the mail today from people that totally rule as well…” they wrote.

However, the picture shows the four My Chemical Romance studio albums: I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge, The Black Parade and Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys.

Obviously, that’s not new music, since the last one of those was released in 2010. Iero noticed that and came up with the best response:

“whoa… your mailman is slow as fuhk.”

ROASTED.

Of course, it wasn’t a real roast and everything’s fine. The fan even printed out the tweet (an action we totally approve).
