Here are the albums inspiring Good Charlotte's Billy Martin for his solo EP
Good Charlotte guitarist and keyboardist Billy Martin is revealing he’s working on a new solo project during his time in isolation.
In a series of posts on Twitter, he’s saying he’s working on an EP with “a bunch of amazing guest vocal features” and showing some interesting albums inspiring him on the new music.

The guitarist posted the message along with four album covers for records he’s using as creative fuel while writing the new music.
The four albums he picked out are spanning a wide range of artists including Deftones, Travis Scott, Silverchair and Depeche Mode.

Good Charlotte member Benji Madden replied to the post saying he’s excited while Billy Martin is telling him to take a break from parenting duties to offer up a guest spot on the release.

Further down in the replies, Martin shares some more details. He’s including a mix of programmed and live drums and jokingly says he’s about 15 years in the making to get around to making a solo release.
