Good Charlotte reveal comeback album title, cover

The comeback of the year keeps getting better: Good Charlotte have revealed the title and cover art for their newest album, Youth Authority.

Good Charlotte collaborated with artist Brian Montuori to create the art, a collage of grungy flyers and magazine covers that evoke a '90s feel. Montuori has also done artwork for the Dilinger Escape Plan and Sleigh Bells, among others.

The cover “uses pieces of real GC history—including old show flyers and pictures—and combining them with his own paintings, Brian came up with an incredible piece of imagery that we all love,” Benji Madden revealed to PAPER. “We share an affection for a scene, many bands, and we both come from a world where great album covers, fanzines, and old show flyers ruled. This album cover really strikes chord in all of us.”

Youth Authority drops July 15, 2016.
