Philadelphia’s Grayscale shared two acoustic songs for Fearless Records‘ livestream Fearless At Home aiming to raise money for Crew Nation.
Lead vocalist Collin Walsh and guitarist Dallas Molster took the virtual stage to play a stripped-down version of “Just Right” and “Twilight (My Heaven),” both of which come from their latest album Nella Vita.
Walsh and Molster participated in a Q&A with livestream host Alex Mac. Mac asked the two how their snacking habits have changed throughout the course of self-isolation. Walsh shared that he has been snacking on Tostitos Hint Of Lime chips.
Grayscale also shared they have been writing new music and watching Netflix shows like Ozark and Waco.
When asked about which song he is most proud of, Walsh shared, “I’m pretty proud of the way we’ve approached some of the slower songs,” including “Old Friends” from Nella Vita.

Fearless Records is selling t-shirts and posters during the stream. All proceeds will benefit Crew Nation, a fund benefitting touring and venue crew members who are currently out of work. You can directly donate to the fund here.
This isn’t the only stream Grayscale has joined. The band have been streaming twice weekly on their Twitch. Every Wednesday and Sunday, the band plays NHL 20 where they compete as the Philadelphia Shamrocks. You can stream the games at 7 p.m. EST.
Additionally, lead guitarist Andrew Kyne just wrapped up hosting “Von Halen’s Shred Shack” on Twitch, where he taught guitar chords and riffs to Grayscale fans practicing their guitar skills. Players can check out all previous guitar lessons, including playthroughs of “Old Friends” and “In Violet” here. For his final episode, Kyne even invited on friends from Boston Manor to help him conclude his series.
