Magnarella has represented the band since 1996 and has managed the band through eight studio albums, including American Idiot and Nimrod, along with four Grammy wins.

Variety reported the story first, along with revealing that Green Day plans to sign with Jonathan Daniel with Crush Music. Crush Music features plenty of bands in the scene including Fall Out Boy and Panic! At The Disco.

Daniel founded Crush Music in 2003.

Billie Joe Armstrong took it a bit old school on Instagram today by posting a picture of him in the studio at only five years old. That same studio would end up being where the band would record Dookie just 16 years later.

Green Day's “Bang Bang” is nominated for a VMA for Best Rock Video. Check out all the other nominees here!
