'Guardians Of The Galaxy 2' will focus on fathers

At the 41st Annual Saturn Awards, director James Gunn talked about the themes of the highly anticipated Guardians Of The Galaxy 2. Still in pre-production, Gunn notes, “I think it's going to be exciting, I think it's a more emotional movie. It's both a bigger movie and a smaller movie, because we focus more intensely on some of the characters. We get to learn a lot about fathers in the second movie, and I think we focus a lot on that.”

Gunn also mentions that the Star-Lord's father we meet in the film will not be that of the one we met in the comics. He also says that we will get Awesome Mix Volume 2 in the film.
