Halsey had us all anticipating big news today with this simple tweet and we were all hoping it'd be for her next album.

Then, just a few hours later, Halsey dropped this bombshell and even revealed that we wouldn't have to wait very long because the new album will be coming in June.

However, she did further add that the picture isn't the album cover, and that she's going to make fans find it when the time is right.

Halsey had just won “Dance Song of the Year” at the 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Sunday with “Closer.”

Her latest release comes from the Fifty Shades Darker soundtrack when she released “Not Afraid Anymore” after teasing the song on Instagram. She had this to say on Beats 1 about the new song:

“With the exception of doing the 'Closer' collaboration, it was the first time I had written something organically for myself since I made 'Badlands' and it’s creeping up on two years ago now. It was right before I started writing for my second record which I’m hoping to get out in the next couple of months or so. It was a good faucet opening. And also it’s especially hard to do something that feels unique and feels authentic especially for me because 'Fifty Shades [Darker]' was almost too good of a pairing, too good of a brand mashup especially this  film in particular because 'Fifty Shades Darker' is kind of about Anna, the female character, coming into her own on her sexuality and owning it and choosing her freedom and choosing her quality over a life of submission. You know that’s very much the M.O. of my project, strong, sexual female mentality so it was almost too easy—I was like how do I do this?”

Unfortunately, hopeless fountain kingdom isn't up for preorder just yet, but we'll all be frantically refreshing her store page hoping it hits sometime soon.
