The Sanctuary of Self Love last year featured mini-spa treatments, glitter stations and flower crowns.

In addition, Services In The Sanctuary had themed dance parties, alternative therapies and panels on mental health and self-love. Bonnaroo promises that it’s going to be even bigger and better this year.

The Bonnaroo website goes into great detail describing the specific plaza.

The sanctuary is the place to come back to yourself. Perfectly Curated modalities will reground and recenter your weekend with mindful movement practices like yoga and improv dance sessions, to deep sound bath rituals to relax your mind and muscles and rejuvenate your cells.

Talks and panel sessions with offerings of powerful tools for mental clarity and personal transformation will give you the tools to thrive guide you towards thriving with your own clear inner-compass and experience a different kind of magic you never expected to experience at from Bonnaroo.

For the first time, The Sanctuary of Self Love will also include our healers village where pre-booked 1on1’s include massage, aura photography and reiki sessions.

This year we bring back the Good Dye Young Hair Salon, bigger and better than before. We also bring back a space for yoga that is double in size from last year and a sound bath room to soothe your soul.

Hayley Williams cruelty-free dye company goodDYEyoung will also be hosting events in the plaza.

The festival has already announced additional plazas and they all sound incredible. A Where In The Woods Plaza features a secret stage and musicians playing through the night tucked into the trees. There will be a Nashville-themed plaza titled The Ville & The Grove. This plaza will feature local Nashville creators and experiences.

“The Yes Barn,” presented by House of Yes and Little Cinema, is also taking over a plaza at Bonnaroo again. There, fans can witness circus acts, cinema shows and even take part in Bonnaroo’s annual Pride parade.

Other plazas include a Galactic Giddy-Up, a woman’s camp and a literal barnyard experience.

The Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival takes place June 11-14, 2020. All information and updates are available here.
