Hear Motionless In White revisit ‘Creatures’ with era-inspired new song
This month marks the 10th anniversary of Motionless In White‘s debut album Creatures.
In celebration of the milestone, MIW are back with their first piece of new music in 2020 called “Creatures X: To The Grave.”

Motionless In White have put out various songs this year. They recently released the Another Life/Eternally Yours: Motion Picture Collection EP. The latest EP includes reworkings of both “Another Life” and “Eternally Yours.” As well, MIW unveiled their cover of “Somebody Told Me,” the 2004 classic from The Killers, last month.
Now, Motionless In White have unveiled their new song “Creatures X: To The Grave” in celebration of the Creatures anniversary.
Chris “Motionless” Cerulli previously shared that Motionless In White hoped to release at least one new song in 2020. Well, it looks like the Creatures anniversary was the perfect excuse to treat fans to “Creatures X: To The Grave.”
“I think we’ll be trying to get at least a new song out by the end of the year, but I just hope nobody holds me to that,” Chris said. “We’re just gonna keep writing, and what happens happens. It might be early next year. I don’t know.”

Cerulli reveals that “Creatures X: To The Grave” was inspired by “Creatures” and has similar elements to the original song that Motionless In White fans will easily recognize.
“After ten years of the most insane highs and lows that a band can experience, we are so proud to hit such a milestone as a record having its 10th anniversary,” he shares. “We wanted to do something special to celebrate, so we decided to throw it back with a very Creatures-inspired track that includes some of the very same keyboard sounds and guitar riff styles that are found on that record, as well as many callback lyrics and themes to the original ‘Creatures’ song.”
Motionless In White are further celebrating the Creatures anniversary later this month with a special “deadstream.” For the event, they are performing their debut album in full for the very first time.

The livestream concert kicks off on Oct. 28 at 2 P.M. PT/ 5 P.M. ET. Tickets for the MIW show as well as some exclusive Creatures merch bundles are available to purchase here.
