Here are the official rules for the Warped Tour free parent ticket
Earlier today, we reported that Warped Tour will be once again offering the free parent ticket.
According to a tweet from founder Kevin Lyman, the rules are now stricter. See all those updated rules below.

Instead of eliminating the free parent ticket program entirely, Warped Tour is instead re-working it.
One ticket equals one parent.
One parent, age 28 and older, will be permitted to accompany a child under the age of 16 with a paid ticket to the event for free. This is a complimentary, non-transferrable wristband. The tour reserves the right to deny entry.
To get the parent wristband the morning of the show, the parent must bring their photo ID, the child they are accompanying and the paid ticket to the yellow guest list tent by the main gates.
There are no exceptions. If you do not have all three items listed above, Warped Tour will not provide the parent with a wristband.
The child is not allowed to switch parents out halfway through the day. No older siblings are permitted to act as the accompanying adult.
Also, if you have a non-parental appointed legal guardian, bring any available documentation the day of the show, and Warped will work with you.
If a parent already bought a ticket and is unable to find another use for it, bring the paid ticket to the yellow guest list tent the morning of the show.
