Here's a full look of Jared Leto as the Joker in 'Suicide Squad'

So it begins.

Earlier this month, Suicide Squad director David Ayer gave fans a vague first look at Jared Leto as the Joker. 

Yesterday afternoon, Ayer returned to his Twitter in light of (essentially) the 75-year anniversary of Batman's first comic book issue, which is also commonly known as the Joker's debut, (via Badass Digest). The post, which features Leto from the chest-up, is captioned with, “The Suicide Squad wishes you a Happy Anniversary Mr. J! #Joker75 #SuicideSquad @WarnerBrosEnt @DCComics.” Check it out for yourself below.
