Here's the first look at 'Independence Day 2'

Thanks to the folks over at Collider, we have our first look at Independence Day 2. Taken from a display at the Licensing Expo in Las Vegas, the poster essentially just shows a juggernaut-like alien force obliterating our planet. The sequel is scheduled to hit theaters on June 24, 2016. While Will Smith will not be returning this time around, Jeff Goldblum, Vivica A. Fox, Brent Spiner, Bill Pullman and Judd Hirsch will all be reprising their roles.
