Here’s the SpongeBob-themed metal band you asked for

The good people at MetalSucks have unearthed this band, xSPONGECOREx, who make metal songs inspired by Nickelodeon’s hit cartoon SpongeBob SquarePants. The band just released their debut track, “Right Where I Want You,” which is super heavy and goes something like this: “Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate!”

It’s a clever reference to a classic episode of SpongeBob where he and Patrick try to sell chocolate to a fish who, upon hearing the word “chocolate,” freaks out, repeatedly screams (“Chocolate!”) and runs away. He pops back up in the episode a few times (still screaming, “Chocolate!”). Listen to the song below, and let us know your thoughts.
