Hopeless Records announce Indiegogo campaign to build nonprofit studio

Hopeless Records’ nonprofit subdivision, Sub City Records, is working with New Directions For Youth to build Sub City Studios. Sub City Records has launched an Indiegogo campaign to help fund the project and raise $15,000 by March 2. The goal of the studio is to educate teenagers about instruments, recording, producing, and marketing in a professional environment after school and during breaks as an alternative to falling into trouble.

The record company is offering a variety of incentives to donate, including studio time with producers Neil Avron (Yellowcard, Weezer, and All Time Low), John Feldmann (The Used, We Came As Romans, Escape The Fate) and Mike Green (Pierce The Veil and Breathe Carolina), a writing session with Bert McCracken of The Used, select merchandise from Taking Back Sunday, Bayside, Thrice, The Dangerous Summer and Yellowcard, and meet-and-greets with All Time Low and Silverstein

You can donate to the campaign at the Indiegogo page.
