news recap

Warped Tour Atlantic City is just one month away, but the lineup seems to be a mighty bit lighter.

In the festival’s most recent Facebook post marking the one-month countdown to Atlantic City, fans noticed a band featured in the original lineup was absent.

I The Mighty are missing from the latest lineup poster for the east coast date. Warped Tour made mention of the cancellation in the post, while the band has yet to explain the reasoning behind it.

The band is touring in support of Anberlin this summer, with back-to-back shows in Chicago the same night as the Atlantic City Warped tour date. I The Mighty are listed as support for those dates on Anberlin and the House of Blues Chicago’s website.

The news comes as a shock for fans, especially after I The Mighty’s tour announcement post mentioned playing with Anberlin at Warped Tour.

The band also replied to a fan inquiry about a week ago, making it seem as if they were still scheduled to play.

You can view Warped Tour’s post below.
