“Your Number’s Up” Lyrics

GIRL: Hello?

MALE CALLER: Hello there..

GIRL: Who’s this?

MALE CALLER: Soon you’ll discover…

GIRL: I’m sorry sir, but I think you have the wrong number…

MALE CALLER: In just a minute you’ll be dying to hang on the line…
Tell me your name, I’ll tell you mine…

GIRL: My name? But, Why?

MALE CALLER: You picked up the phone
When Mom and Dad left you alone
I wanna know who I’m looking at…

A dial tone, a deadly ring
So far away from everything

No silver screens or movie scenes
When your number’s up, it’s time to scream

GIRL: Who’s there?

MALE CALLER: Don’t you know not to ask those questions?

GIRL: What will become of me?

MALE CALLER: You ought to know it’s a sure death sentence
Have you not seen this movie?
Freddy, Michael, Jason Voorhees
Learn from those who came before me
Next question, same category
Such a familiar story

GIRL: I’m hanging up the phone

MALE CALLER: Wrong answer

GIRL: My Mom and Dad will soon be home
I won’t fall victim to the blade
I’m not afraid of

MALE CALLER: A dial tone, a deadly ring
So far away from everything
No silver screens or movie scenes
When your number’s up, it’s time to scream

GIRL: What do you want?

MALE CALLER: I wanna see what your insides look like

GIRL: How could you be so evil?

MALE CALLER: Our film is nearly finished and for you there is no sequel
Bitch I’ll leave your body on the cutting room floor
All bets are off, I just buried Drew Barrymore!
When the cops find the phone

GIRL: Just let me go!

MALE CALLER: The call is still LISTED as “UNKNOWN”
It’s the end of the line and all that’s left is:

A dial tone, a deadly ring
So far away from everything
No silver screens or movie scenes
When your number’s up, it’s time to scream

Because the knife in you brings out the life in me
Last seen in a slasher’s dream
When your number’s up it’s time to Scream
It’s time to SCREAM!

A dial tone, a deadly ring
So far away from everything
No silver screens or movie scenes
When your number’s up, it’s time to scream

911 Dispatcher: Woodsboro police department, what’s your emergency?

GIRL: I’m being attacked! I’m at 1220 Craven lane, please, he’s gonna kill me!

The deluxe version of The Silver Scream adds three acoustic versions of songs on the album with guest appearances that will be revealed at a later date. One acoustic track has also been released.

The track is “Stabbing In The Dark” and features Matt Heafy of Trivium. The inspiration for the track was Halloween. Check it out below.

To go along with the original album, Ice Nine Kills created a mini-series starring vocalist Spencer Charnas that correlates to each single on the album.

The fifth and final video in the series is the newly-released “IT Is The End” video that was inspired by the Stephen King film. It looks like t came straight from Pennywise the Dancing Clown’s brain. It’s 14 minutes long, and we see Charnas fully embody the horror icon in the clip. Also members of Less Than Jake and Fenix TX that feature on the song make appearances in the music video.

So, it’s rather clear that INK are not afraid to show their horror fandom. With references to The Crow, Saw, The Shining, Edward Scissorhands and more, Ice Nine Kills go out of their way to share their love for the classics.

INK will be hitting the road this fall on the Octane Accelerator Tour. Support acts will include Fit For A KingLight The TorchMake Them Suffer and Awake At Last.
