Time to find a new Halloween costume. According to sources close with ScreenDaily, the planned remake of 1994's The Crow is no longer happening.

Chances are, if you entered a Hot Topic at any point between 1994 and 2007, you've at least heard of the original film. Focusing on a murdered guitarist who is resurrected to haunt his killers, The Crow has garnered a ravenous cult following in the years preceding its release. Hollywood attempted to cash in on the lingering underground fanbase with a remake (sound familiar?), but it looks like the planned film will no longer be happening.
