The new adaption of Stephen King's It is still several months away, and although we’re already preparing for the nightmares that are bound to ensue, we also can’t help but be excited to see the film come back to new life.
Over the past few days, producer Barbara Muschietti shared photos of the seven kids playing the Losers’ Club in the adaptation of It via her Instagram. (Including Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard!)

It will be directed by Andrés Muschietti, who's best known for his work in Mama back in 2013. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Muschietti remarks: “Pennywise shows up, he’s front and center, and he does his show. He has an act. So it’s weird all the time, and every little thing implies a further threat.”
In an interview with Collider, producer Roy Lee revealed that there will be two separate movies, and this first one will be taking the perspective of the children.
“We’re taking it and making the movie from the point of view of the kids, and then making another movie from the point of view of the adults, that could potentially then be cut together like the novel. But it’s gonna be a really fun way of making this movie.”
And we’re excited to see how these adaptations play out. For now, here are the kids who will be playing the seven characters in the Losers’ Club.
