The film is based off of the character Morbius the Living Vampire from the Marvel comic, a role which Leto himself will be bringing to life.

Taking to Instagram last month month, Leto gave fans a small sneak peek on the set of Morbius, but it simply left us wanting more.

At the end of March, a few more leaked set photos and video surfaced showing Leto flying through the air in an orange jumpsuit.

To take the teasing one step further, Leto dropped a video clip on Instagram with the caption, “Because no one else will walk this path…this place of shadows, where we do what must be done, no matter the cost.”

The looping clip shows Leto looking rather sickly as he creepily stares at nothing while standing in the middle of a busy sidewalk.

We’re so ready for Morbius!

The film now has social media accounts set up, and while not much is mentioned about the movie, it does list a release year of 2020.

It has not yet been revealed if Morbius will push for the R-rating, considering Venom ended up being PG-13.

Still, we can’t wait to see Leto bring this living-vampire to life.

Whitney is your definition of pop punk trash. If she's not jamming to State Champs or Grayscale, then she's probably out enjoying the finer things or working a show for Fearless Records as a Street Team Leader. She's a realist and an optimist, calling the city of Columbus her home. A huge fan of naps, Whitney often falls asleep in a city that doesn't. She's not hard to please, finding joy in discovering new bands or playing Everlong on the late night radio. Working at Alt Press and breaking ground in the music scene have always been a dream of hers, telling herself at an early age she was down for losing it all to make that happen! Now the weekend writer at AP, Whitney is prepared to be noticed and eager to contribute to the scene. If you catch her at a concert feel free to stick around, make small talk, or discuss her overuse of State Champs lyrics and song titles in her bio.
