Juggalo arrested after cutting off woman’s finger, drinking her blood for a “ritualistic memorial”

According to Wisconsin news station WBAY (via MetalSucks), Jonathan Schrap, 24, is charged with “mayhem” and “reckless injury” for chopping off 27-year-old Shelby Neuens' pinky, gashing her arm and drinking her blood to memorialize a fellow Insane Clown Posse fan who died a year prior, according to a criminal complaint filed August 27.

WBAY reports that the court documents say that Schrap, Neuens and Preston Hyde, a local “horror-core” rapper who goes by the name “Bloody Ruckus,” were taking part in a “ritualistic memorial” to commemorate a fellow Juggalo who died one year earlier. According to the criminal complaint:

“Shelby [Neuens] had volunteered to let Jon [Schrap] drink her blood. Jon had taken a machete and made an approximate one inch laceration on her right side forearm. She was bleeding profusely… Jon filled up a shot glass with her blood and drank her blood.”

The criminal complaint continues saying Schrap placed the finger in his freezer so he could “cook it and eat it later.” He and Hyde then attempted to stop the bleeding using a car cigarette lighter, and after that failed, attempted to use a blowtorch.

Neuens told police Hyde recorded a video of the whole thing. Schrap is due back in court on later this month for a preliminary hearing.
