Juggalos unite: Insane Clown Posse still trying to sue the FBI

In January of 2014, the infamous rap-metal duo known as Insane Clown Posse attempted to remove their Juggalo fanbase from the FBI’s National Gang Intelligence Center report, which labels them as a “gang.” Last summer, a Detroit federal judge denounced the case and threw it out. Now, following a case appealing, the ruling has been reversed.

According to the Associated Press, the 6th U.S. Circuit Court Of Appeals has confirmed that ICP have a case worth pursuing. Lawyers claim Juggalos have been unlawfully targeted by authorities. The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan argue that their right of free speech are being violated.

In 2011, a FBI report labeled Juggalos as a “loosely organized hybrid gang.”
