The emotional interaction between the two occurred after the fan shared a touching story about his mother with Johnson.

The video was posted to Instagram with the caption, “As a man, it’s a whole other level when you hold another grown man with tears in his eyes. I’ve held a few. A few have held me. This man lost his mama and she used to compare us. You’re right brother, she’s looking down at us – and she’s proud of you. Also, your son’s a good hearted kid. Kept his composure as he tells me a difficult story. We may or may never cross paths again, but just know that moments like this mean the world to me. #BestPartOfFame  #BestFansInTheWorld”

Johnson later posted another one tugging on our hearstrings as he shared his appreciation for Jumanji 3 director Jake Kasdan.

“Such a pleasure collaborating, creating, producing and putting in the work with this guy – who can also clearly double as my twin. Our JUMANJI director and writer, Jake Kasdan.
Very impressed with Jake’s ability to draw out nuance, fun & HEART as a director, but what’s doubly impressive is he manages to do it with multiple actors who are all playing teenagers with very distinct and often pain in the ass ???‍♂️ personalities. Excited for you guys to see our new JUMANJI and what Jake Kasdan delivers. He’s a good friend, the real deal and will always be bigger than @kevinhart4real. THIS CHRISTMAS.”

The unofficially titled Jumanji 3 is expected to bring back majority of the cast from Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, including Nick Jonas, Dwayne Johnson, Karen Gillan, Jack Black, and Kevin Hart.

Ser’Darius Blain, Alex Wolff, Maison Iseman, and Morgan Turner are also expected to return as our favorite teen gamers.

The sequel has also reportedly added Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, Danny Glover, and Dania Ramirez as well.

Currently, Jumanji 3 is expected to hit theaters on December 13, 2019.
