Knuckle Puck dropped an upbeat new track with “Tune You Out” which is also their first release in almost 2 years.

This is the band’s first single since they dropped the Shifted EP in 2018, which was reworked versions of their previous record Shapeshifter.

According to Kerrang, the band recently finished recording their third full-length.

“We have recently finished recording our third full-length record, done with Seth Henderson at ABG Studios,” the band says. “Fans can expect an honest-to-goodness Knuckle Puck sound that should be played rather loud, with the windows down. It’s our favorite version of ourselves, and we think you’ll feel the same way.”

They posted several teasers of themselves in the studio on Instagram last year.

When the band reminded fans of their next headline tour, they also mentioned they would be playing new music on stage. A fan responded asking if they would release any. Knuckle Puck responded with the release date for “Tune You Out.”

The track officially dropped earlier today and the band took to social media to share.

Guitarist Nick Casasanto says the track serves as a reminder for others to allow themselves to flourish.

“‘Tune You Out’ is about giving yourself and others the appropriate time and space to grow.”

The new song was produced by Seth Henderson (State Champs, Real Friends) and mixed by Vince Ratti (The Wonder Years, The Menzingers.)
