Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington on fans calling sell-out: "I will punch you in your f*cking mouth"

It looks like Linkin Park vocalist Chester Bennington has more to say about certain listeners calling the band sell-outs.

As previously reported by AP, Bennington said earlier this month that Linkin Park fans should “move the fuck on” from the formative sound of the band's debut album, Hybrid Theory. He also admonished those disregarding the band as sell-outs by saying they should “stab [themselves] in the face!”

Now, in a new interview with Kerrang!, Bennington reportedly offers more violent words for LP naysayers.

While Bennington prefaces his tirade by saying that “this is not an opinion of the entire band,” he goes on to apparently invite fans who identify the band as sell-outs to “meet [him] outside.”

“If you’re gonna be the person who says like 'they made a marketing decision to make this kind of record to make money' you can fucking meet me outside and I will punch you in your fucking mouth because that is the wrong fucking answer.”

What else does he say to Linkin Park listeners decrying the band as sell-outs? “You're a fucking pussy.”

“Because guess what, calling us a sell out for that purpose is… selling out on your fucking excuse as to why you don’t like it. You’re a fucking pussy. For any band to take musical risks because you like what you’re doing in spite of what you know some people will say they don’t like, it doesn’t matter if they like it or not – what matters is that you took the chance to do something that you felt was important to you and that’s what being an artist is all about.”

Bennington further states that he's unconcerned with the haters.

“If you’re going to hate on us for it then fuck you, I don’t care.”

How 'bout that?
