According to Pollstar, the company received a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, which “reports on corporate policies and practices related to LBGTQ equality in the workplace.”

This is due to their inclusion of transgender benefits, offering of full benefits for domestic partnerships and “inclusive culture and engagement.”

“Live music brings together fans of all different backgrounds while also encouraging self-expression, and at Live Nation we do everything we can to promote that same culture of inclusion for our employees,” Michael Rapino, President and CEO of Live Nation, told Pollstar

“We are proud to empower the LBGTQ community through concerts and career opportunity and are honored to be recognized by the Human Rights Campaign.”
