Luke Holland transforms Post Malone’s “Wow” with drum cover

Drummer Luke Holland is known for his amazing drum covers of artists such as Halsey, Skrillex, the 1975 and more. Now, he’s made a beautiful cover of a Post Malone track that you just have to hear.

Holland posted a drum remix of Malone’s song “Wow” Wednesday that is already getting a ton of views. In the caption, Holland writes that when he heard the song, he immediately wanted to make his own version.

The track just had a nice swing to it, it’s a very open song with a lot of room to have fun rhythmically,” Holland told AltPress. “I have a few more coming as well!”

Holland also took to Twitter to promote the video in hopes that Malone himself would see it.

“Please help me get Post to see this vid, RT & blow him up, send some positive vibes his way,” Holland writes on Twitter.

Holland has been doing big things lately as he recently revealed he hit the studio with From First To Last’s Matt Good. The duo were working together on drums for an upcoming Hollywood Undead album.

We love Holland’s song choice because in “Wow,” super scene fan Post Malone shouts out Fall Out Boy and makes us even more obsessed with him.

The first verse goes: ““G-Wagen, G-Wagen, G-Wagen, G-Wagen/All the housewives pullin’ up (Up, up)/I got a lot of toys, 720S bumpin’ Fall Out Boy.”

Malone appeared in Fall Out Boy’s “Champion” video in 2017, so he’s been a fan for quite awhile.
