Lzzy Hale gives young fan her guitar onstage in empowering moment

We’re always happy to see bands giving opportunities to young fans, and Lzzy Hale of Halestorm has just warmed our hearts.

During the band’s performance at Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival this weekend, Hale brought a young fan on stage for a special treat.

Hale brought up a young female fan on stage to hand off her guitar to the girl and give her a huge shout out. You can watch the exchange go down below.

One fan on Twitter captured the cute moment perfectly too which you can see below.

The guitar the young fan received was Hale’s new signature Epiphone explorer model which was unveiled last week.

Hale said in an interview that she “always feels like a rockstar” with her Epiphone and hopes “anyone who picks it up feels like a rock star, too.” “I would encourage them to make a lot of noise with it because that’s currently what I’m doing,” she continued.

We’re hoping the young fan has plenty of opportunities to use her new axe to make plenty of noise just like Hale.

The Sonic Temple Art + Music Festival continues today and tomorrow. The fest features performances from System Of A DownFoo Fighters, DisturbedBring Me The Horizon and more.

Aside from performances, the festival will also include a spoken word set from Henry Rollins and comedy from Andrew Dice Clay, Pauly Shore, and more.
