Machine Gun Kelly unleashes “el diablo” with “Rap Devil” producer

Machine Gun Kelly is making good on the promise he’d be releasing something every week until Hotel Diablo drops next month.

While we don’t have an exact release date for the album, we do have the second single, “el diablo,” and the opening line might sound familiar to “Rap Devil” fans.

To rewind, MGK’s “Rap Devil” was a response to Eminem’s diss in “Not Alike.” A few weeks after, it was revealed that Ronny J produced both diss tracks. However, it didn’t end there as he also produced Eminem’s “The Ringer,” which is housed on Kamikaze with “Not Alike.”

A few days later, MGK’s “Rap Devil” joined eight other tracks for BINGE EP. There, it was revealed that MGK collaborated on another track with the producer, “LATELY.”

Now, given the opening line of “el diablo,” MGK and Ronny J are teaming up yet again. Check out the new song and lyrics below. It’s also available to stream here.

Machine Gun Kelly “el diablo” lyrics

Ronny J, please turn me up

Tell all my competition that I love ’em
But I brought ’em back just to kill ’em again
Tell all the listeners that I said, “Fuck ’em”
If they thought I’d never be breathing again
I keep some drink in the cup in case
Anyone got some more beef, I can eat ’em again
I made a promise to beat they ass up
Like Adonis, survive, I’ll meet ’em again

Fuck your big bro, uh
We the ones that got it when the rent’s low
I make it happen again, I’m back to rappin’ again, 808s slappin’ again
Light it and pass it again, know what I’m packin’ again, I’m an assassin again

I shoot dice, yeah, gamble with my life, yeah
No invites, yeah, keep my circle tight, yeah
All my hoes, yeah, keep that sugar spice, yeah
For the bros, yeah, I do not think twice, yeah

I got a combination to a safe in the back of the bank that be storing my shit
Just had a conversation with a girl that I dated, now she out here whoring and shit
I got a reputation to be doing and showing up 4 in the morning and shit
I had a altercation down in Florida, I threw his face on the floor in the shit

Fuck a bitch, though, huh
Y’all ain’t want us before we rich, ho
I can’t go back to this shit, I need a castle and shit, I’m on some Dracula shit
I used to have to heat up pans of water to shower
But y’all don’t know half of this shit, no

I shoot dice, yeah, gamble with my life, yeah
No invites, yeah, keep my circle tight, yeah
All my hoes, yeah, keep that sugar spice, yeah
For the bros, yeah, I do not think twice, yeah

Diablo
Stop the debate if my name isn’t mentioned
In this generation as one of the greatest
From lyrics to cadence
I changed the way rappers rock out on them stages
I saw people take it, and they are more famous
So I ain’t get credit, I had to be patient
I know people hate me just by my appearance
You motherfuckers can’t be serious, ayy

I shoot dice, yeah, gamble with my life, yeah
No invites, yeah, keep my circle tight, yeah
All my hoes, yeah, keep that sugar spice, yeah
For the bros, yeah, I do not think twice, yeah
I shoot dice, yeah, gamble with my life, yeah
No invites, yeah, keep my circle tight, yeah
All my hoes, yeah, keep that sugar spice, yeah
For the bros, yeah, I do not think twice, yeah

More on Machine Gun Kelly

MGK dropped the first single off the album, “Hollywood Whore” May 17. Just prior to the single, the rapper tweeted, “dropping something every week until release day June ** ? #HotelDiablo.”

The following week, MGK apologized for forgetting about the holiday and promised fans they would be getting two releases this week.

“forgot everything shuts down tomorrow for memorial day weekend so yall will get two releases next week instead. my bad my bad XX”

Two days later, he gave fans something to hold them over as he began filming a video for an unreleased track. Footage and photos surfaced from the set, confirming a previously speculated collab with blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and YUNGBLUD.

The first of two promised releases arrived yesterday as MGK dropped the kaleidoscopic “Hollywood Whore” video, in which he also pays tribute to late Linkin Park singer Chester Bennington.

Shortly after, Kells tweeted he was going to basics, which lends to his previous statement that Hotel Diablo will be “just as honest” as ‘General Admission’.

“got rid of all the bells and whistles on this album and this era. i want to feel again. we’ve been numb for too long. #HotelDiablo ?”

“Hollywood Whore” and “Breaking News 2” aren’t the first glimpses of new tunes to come out in the Hotel Diablo era. MGK’s producer and friend Brandon “Slimxx” Allen shared a snippet of a mix while driving.

Slimxx posted an Instagram story of the song while he was in the car. MGK can be heard saying, “It’s 5:36-6-6.” According to the display screen of the car, the song is saved as that line, “53666,” but it’s unclear if this is the track’s official name.

The track appears to be the same one MGK teased when announcing Hotel Diablo in April. You can see the latest recording of that below.

Slimxx isn’t the only one of MGK’s BFFs to share a potential new track. Comedian and Saturday Night Live actor Pete Davidson was seen jamming to a track he gets a shoutout in back in April.

“I even got my homie Pete out here like fuck the jokes,” the song goes. Check it out below. Since then Davidson shared another snippet May 20 and a third snippet May 23.
