Machine Gun Kelly, G-Eazy beef was squashed thanks to Kid Cudi

Last year, things began to heat up between Machine Gun Kelly and Eminem with several diss tracks and callouts via interviews and social media. It didn’t take long for G-Eazy to get involved with a diss track of his own after MGK dropped a freestyle rap allegedly aimed at him.

In April of this year, it looked like the beef between MGK and G-Eazy had been squashed after the duo performed together at KAOS nightclub in Las Vegas. Now, it looks like the two rappers were brought back together due to a request from Kid Cudi.

G-Eazy and Cardi B were part of a kick-off weekend for Las Vegas’ KAOS nightclub. G-Eazy took the stage Saturday night, bringing out Machine Gun Kelly to perform the latter’s “LOCO.”

Both MGK and G-Eazy later posted photos from the performance to their respective Instagrams.

During a recent interview on Real 92.3 Los Angeles, G-Eazy revealed how Kid Cudi played a part in bringing the two back together.

“I was in Paris Fashion Week and I’m sitting at a table with Push, Pharrell,” G-Eazy explains. “And then Don C tap me, he’s like, ‘Yo, Cudi wants to holler at you.’ I’m like, ‘What?'”

“We talk for a minute and he’s like, ‘G, you just gotta do one thing for me, man. Promise me you’ll do it.’ And I’m like, ‘Huh?’ He’s like, ‘Bro, you and Kells gotta make peace.’ And I kid you not, at this moment, Kells was walking into this party.”

Fate works in mysterious ways. You can watch a clip from the interview below.
