See MGK and Travis Barker rip through the live debut of “Bloody Valentine”
Machine Gun Kelly broke out the first single from his upcoming pop-punk album Tickets To My Downfall last night on The Late Late Show With James Corden.
For the live-streamed performance of “Bloody Valentine,” Machine Gun Kelly also recruited the producer of said album, better known as blink-182‘s Travis Barker.

Machine Gun Kelly’s first debuted “Bloody Valentine” last week on May 1 and it was an international superhit, already racking up millions of streams and views.
Given the coronavirus quarantine, late-night show hosts are still working from home and that means musicians are broadcasting their performances on the live-stream.
Machine Gun Kelly’s performance was no different but he decided to make it a little extra special for one fan.
Shortly before Machine Gun Kelly and Barker performed for James Corden, he took to Twitter and shared a video of a girl covering “Bloody Valentine.” He says he was dedicating that night’s performance to her.

The girl is wearing a pink devil print shirt that we’ve seen MGK wear plenty of times. Machine Gun Kelly delivered on his promise. hE rocked the street with “Bloody Valentine.”
Of course, Barker joined in as well and was properly socially-distanced. Check out the performance below.

Machine Gun Kelly and Barker also recently collab’d for a cover of Paramore‘s “Misery Business” as well as on a recent iann dior single “Sick And Tired.”
Originally, MGK’s record was thought to be released in early 2020 after plenty of teasers in December and early on in 2020. Those included but were not limited to clips of ongoing collaborations such as that with Bert McCracken of the Used or YUNGBLUD and Mod Sun. Interviews were done where Barker and Machine Gun Kelly talked about the record and how the name came about and discuss ongoing studio sessions.
Machine Gun Kelly extended the wait, but at least gave an update when he dropped another teaser that Tickets To My Downfall would be coming this summer.
Tickets To My Downfall is set to feature a massive amount of guests including blackbear, Goody Grace, Mod Sun Trippie Redd, Young Thug, McCracken and most likely a whole lot more.
