While Machine Gun Kelly is busy plugging away at his upcoming pop-punk record, he’s also been diving further into his acting skills as of late.

The film is focusing on an aging outlaw (Worthington) convinced his genes have an evil rooted inside of them. This sends him on a journey to kill all of his kids, who are confirmed as a part of his bloodline through a birthmark when he finds his son Cal (MGK). Cal is on a murdering rampage confirming his suspicions while bounty hunters are on Cal’s trail leading to him looking for a way to stop his son.

Directing the film is David Von Ancken (Seraphian Falls) from a script by Greg Johnson, with Andre Relis and Jib Polhemus producing. Machine Gun Kelly’s role will see him as the leader of a gang of young outlaws known for flipping from loving personalities to murderers at any second.

Outside of this role, the rapper is starring with close friend Pete Davidson in Big Time Adolescence which is arriving on Hulu on March 20.

The film was a smash hit at Sundance Film Festival last year and now it’s going to be available for everyone to see.

Back in November, it was revealed the coming-of-age drama, directed by Jason Orley, was heading to the Sundance Film Festival. The official description states: “A suburban teenager comes of age under the destructive guidance of his best friend, an aimless college dropout.”

After making its Sundance debut, the film scored a 90% on Rotten Tomatoes with Davidson earning praise over his leading role and strong performance.
