Just two days ago, Machine Gun Kelly surprised with an original song called “Smoke And Drive.” MGK posted the video of him performing the song while hotboxing his car. Before that, MGK and blink-182‘s Travis Barker released a cover of Paramore‘s “Misery Business” which MGK had briefly covered in an Instagram video

Now, with the quarantine still in effect, Machine Gun Kelly and YUNGBLUD dropped a technological feat of a collaboration. Both artists contributed their vocals and musical talents from their own homes, smashed them together and unleashed a gloriously beautiful Oasis cover on the world. We love Oasis but we’re incredibly excited it wasn’t another “Wonderwall” cover.

Machine Gunn Kelly posted earlier today that the track would be coming in a few hours.

He then dropped the track saying “this one’s for my folks across the pond.”

We know Machine Gun Kelly is going to continue pumping out content until he can’t anymore, and for that, we couldn’t be more appreciative. We can’t wait to see what he does next.

More Machine Gun Kelly

Machine Gun Kelly has been putting his time at home during the coronavirus pandemic to good use with daily guitar cover videos and new music which he’s back up to today with a fresh new song he recorded from his car.

The rapper is dropping “Smoke and Drive” which he recorded while ripping a blunt and hotboxing his car.

A little over a week ago, Machine Gun Kelly gave a live stream performance of a new song which fits the vibe of his upcoming pop-punk album, Tickets To My Downfall.

He and his bandmates took to Instagram live for a quick performance fans could watch while practicing physical distancing.

They played the new untitled track before blending into “Alpha Omega.” Further, they ripped through “why are you here,” “Habits,” and “I Think I’m OKAY.” Check out that great content here.

Next, he came back with a track for his solo rap discography in the way of “Smoke and Drive.”

The song notably shares a title with his frequent collaborator blackbear‘s track with Yung Pinch and P-Lo.

You can watch Machine Gun Kelly’s video for the song below.

Since spending time at home during the pandemic a few weeks ago, Machine Gun Kelly has started posting daily videos of him covering other artist’s songs.

It started with a cover of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Californication” and from there, he went on to share a short but sweet cover of a Paramore classic in “Misery Business.”

On top of those, he’s also taken on a cover of Nirvana‘s iconic “Smells Like Teen Spirit,”  Juice WRLD‘s “Lucid Dreams,” Avril Lavigne‘s “Sk8er Boi” and plenty of others.
