The band’s second album, I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It, dropped in February 2016 and after the official announcement of the new album back in April, we've been anxiously waiting for more.

Healy took to Twitter earlier today, teasing fans with the possibility of an EP release ahead of their third album, Music For Cars.

This comes after a fan replied to a tweet Healy made last year in which he promised new music in 2017, tagging the band's manager Jamie Oborne.

Oborne replied, stating we needed to “Wait and see”.

The cryptic posts continued as fans began plaguing Oborne with questions.
