McDonald’s just invented the Frork (aka a fry fork) and it’s actually kind of amazing

How many times have you spilled your food and thought to yourself, “Wow, I wish my fries were strong enough to pick all this up?” Well, not to worry. McDonald’s invented the Frork—aka the fry fork—meant to scoop up everything that didn’t quite make it in your mouth.

Check out their official pitch, featuring the famous infomercial extraordinaire Anthony Sullivan, below!

The Frork is part of the fast-food restaurant’s campaign for their new Signature Crafted Recipe sandwiches, including Sweet BBQ Bacon, Maple Bacon Dijon and Pico Guacamole flavors.

And, as the infomercial explains, because the sandwiches are so stuffed with ingredients, you’ll experience “the topping dropping,” meaning you’ll need a Frork to pick it all up. (We’re sold.)

In case you were wondering, they explain that the Frork works with both right handed and left-handed folks—AND even works in the dark. (?) Ingenious, right?

You can call 1-844-McD-FRORK (623-3767), or visit http://www.mcdfrork.com, to see how you can get your hands on a Frork. According to the site, you can get the Frork for free with a Signature Crafted Sandwich at participating McDonald’s locations on May 5, while supplies last.
