Metallica bassist's 12-year-old son makes live debut with Korn—watch

Tye Trujillo—musician and 12-year-son of Metallica's Robert Trujillo—was recently announced as Korn bassist Fieldy's fill-in for the band's South American tour. Watch footage of Tye's live debut below!

Fieldy is expected to return for Korn's Statside dates in May.

Tye's first show with the band was in Colombia on Monday night. As reported by Consequence Of Sound, Korn played hits like “Freak On A Leash” and “Falling Away From Me” with their young pick-up bassist! Check it out:
