As noted by Theprp.com, Metallica included the 1996 Oasis single in an interlude during their gig at Manchester Arena on Oct. 28, following a performance of the band's “Halo On Fire” from Hardwired… To Self-Destruct.

“Don't Look Back In Anger” has become somewhat of anthem for the victims of the Manchester bombing, which claimed the lives of 23 people and injured hundreds more at an Ariana Grande concert on May 22. At the One Love Manchester benefit in June, Coldplay covered the Oasis song with Grande.
