Just in time for the holidays, Metallica are teaming up with Starbucks and Spotify for a charitable gift card to launch the band's new All Within My Hands Foundation website. The limited edition gift cards will be available at 8,000 Starbucks stores throughout the U.S., starting today, Nov. 28.

Metallica announced their All Within My Hands Foundation back earlier this year. The organization was designed by the band to assist in “enriching the lives of the members of the communities by supporting workforce education, the fight against hunger and other critical local services.”

Now, to celebrate the launch of the foundation's official website, Starbucks and Spotify are donating $1 million to be divided between Metallica's All Within My Hands, Chance The Rapper's Social Works and Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation. The new gift cards featuring each of the three artists will be available at participating Starbucks stores nationwide.

Metallica's All Within My Hands Foundation helps support a variety of charities, including The Mission Continues, a non-profit that empowers veterans adjusting to life at home to find purpose in their communities.

“We are super psyched and grateful for the generous donation Starbucks and Spotify have made to All Within My Hands to help us support veterans as they adjust to life at home,” Metallica say of the new gift card.
