Mew put on energetic show in new video for "Witness"

Danish rock four-piece Mew have released a new video for “Witness,” a single off their most recent album, + –, which came out in April on Petroleum Records.

The video features the band playing the song in the middle of a room filled with people who are absolutely feeling the music; seemingly a riff on the iconic video for “Smells Like Teen Spirit.” Everyone is full of energy, including the band. The clip is simple yet effective with flashy lighting and slow motion effects highlighting hair whips and ecstatic faces from those in attendance.
