“It was all worth it,” say the band in a message posted Monday. “But for us, breaking up as a band has been a reality for a long time. Some of us would like to pursuit new dreams, others would just like a break from this for a while. Either way, this was a joint decision that we feel was the right move for us as human beings and as professionals.”

Consequently, Milestones have booked two final shows for early 2019 in London and Manchester, England, “to bid farewell to 5 years of our lives and celebrate every moment we had with each other and with you,” reads the statement.

Milestones formed in Manchester in 2014 before releasing their first EP Equal Measures two years later. In 2016, the band signed to Fearless Records, where they released their aforementioned full-length debut Red Lights this past February.

Tickets for the final two shows from Milestones will be available beginning this Wednesday, Oct. 31. Go right here to get a jump on those, as the group themselves warn they “will not be adding any more shows” to the farewell concert run.
