Classic Misfits lineup to perform show in U.S. this summer

The original Misfits have announced a 2019 U.S. tour date, and it sounds like it’ll be a show you don’t want to miss.

The lineup, comprised of Glenn Danzig and Jerry Only, will perform in Los Angeles at the Banc of California Stadium on June 29.

The band will be joined by special guests Rise Against, The Distillers, Anti-Nowhere League and Cro-Mags.

A few days before the announcement, the band tweeted a photo of the venue with their logo on the field to tease fans.

Tickets for the special show go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. here.

The band is also performing a show in Chicago on April 27 at Allstate Arena, with limited tickets available.

Last May, the group, along with Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein, performed in New Jersey for a special one-off show. This show was after the band also teased fans a bit about a NYC-area show before the big announcement.

The lineup first reunited in 2016, playing a pair of Riot Fest performances followed by a few more reunion gigs in 2017.
