Due to coronavirus, Record Store Day was spread out across August, September and October this year. Although the music industry is facing a crisis amid the pandemic, the three-day event helped boost a lot of local independent record stores nationwide.

Now, Record Store Day is hoping to continue its efforts into November with a special Black Friday release day. Next month, various record stores nationwide are participating in the event and are selling over a hundred rare releases.

Among the RSD Black Friday releases is a limited edition My Chemical Romance vinyl of Life On The Murder Scene. The live album was released back in 2006 and features hits such as “Helena,” “The Ghost Of You” and “I’m Not Okay (I Promise).”
