A new My Chemical Romance show is being speculated due to a poster and listing on the official Eden Sessions accounts. As of writing, My Chemical Romance have yet to post anything on their own website or affiliated socials.

The advertisements state that the show will be at the Eden Project in Cornwall, U.K. on June 16.

On the morning of Feb. 12, the Eden Sessions made a massive announcement. They took to social media to post that My Chemical Romance is playing a show before their three-day stint at Milton Keynes. This would be the first announcement of an MCR show since there Easter Egg loaded “A summoning…” video at the end of January.

That video announced their U.S. tour and another video before then titled “An Offering…” revealed their first U.K show at Milton Keynes. Both the U.K. and U.S. shows sold out extremely quickly.

The Eden Project website states the reasoning for My Chemical Romance wanting to play there.

My Chemical Romance were drawn to play at the Eden Project due to our green credentials. Home to the world-famous Biomes, we are a renowned visitor attraction, environmental charity, learning centre, garden, music venue, conservation body, symbol of hope and catalyst for good.

The Eden Sessions also shared a poster for the alleged upcoming gig onto their social media profiles.

More My Chemical Romance

My Chemical Romance guitarist Ray Toro is clearly very excited for the band’s return to Japan based on the selective posts he’s made using the My Chemical Romance social media accounts.

On Feb. 10, the guitarist posted a photo of the 2007 Natsu Basho sumo tournament while looking back on his feelings about the event.

Toro posted a heartfelt message expressing the one-of-a-kind experience it was for him to attend the event back in 2007.

“In 2007, I had the honor of attending the Natsu Basho. I’d never seen anything like it, and haven’t since. There is a real sense of history, respect, and spirituality during the tournament. I hope I get to again one day. – Ray”

You can see the post below.

Toro previously showed his excitement for My Chemical Romance’s return to Japan with a photo of him in front of a mega-sized Gundam statue in Tokyo.

“Seeing the first giant Gundam at Odaiba Park was a childhood dream come true.  Can’t wait to see the new Unicorn Gundam this year!”
