Netflix reveals ‘Sabrina’ Season 2 trailer, premiere date
It was just this past October that Chilling Adventures of Sabrina hit Netflix, and now Season 2 is coming quicker than we ever imagined. Sabrina ‘Part 2’ will premiere April 5, 2019!

Along with the premiere date announcement, Netflix also dropped a teaser trailer for the new season.
Flashes of images show witchcraft, romance and Sabrina’s magical (and very useful) abilities. “It’s a new year,” she exclaims, showing off her chic black outfit. We love it.

Luckily, we won’t have to wait until April for a new episode just quick yet. Netflix will be delivering a Sabrina one-off holiday special Dec. 14, titled Chilling Adventures Of Sabrina: A Midwinter’s Tale.
“The Church of Night, like all covens, celebrates the Winter Solstice—the longest night of the year—when families gather around the Yule Fire to sing pagan carols and tell ghost stories. But the holidays are also a time for guests and visitors—both welcome and unwelcome — you never know what might come down the chimney…”
What we know about Part 2 so far:
Sabrina will add two recurring guest stars on the upcoming series: Adam Masters (Alexis Denisof), Mary Wardwell’s boyfriend, and Dorian Grey (Jedidiah Goodacre).
Masters is “handsome and charming.” On the show, the character “returns to Greendale after a stint overseas working with Physicians Without Frontiers—unaware that his fiancé has been taken over by the demoness Madam Satan.”
The enigmatic Grey is the owner of a nightclub, Dorian’s Gray Room. His description says he’s “very good at keeping secrets, especially his own — a cursed portrait he hides from prying eyes.”
Chilling Adventures of Sabrina vs The Satanic Temple
The Satanic Temple threatened legal action in late October, claiming the show uses a copyrighted design of their Baphomet figure.
On Oct. 29, co-founder and spokesperson Lucien Greaves tweeted that the group would take legal action against Netflix. He said the streaming service was “appropriating our copyrighted monument design to promote their asinine Satanic Panic fiction.”
Soon after, the Satanic Temple officially filed suit for supposedly appropriating and stealing the design of their Baphomet statue. The Satanic Temple is suing Netflix for $50 million under copyright infringement.
On Wednesday, Nov. 21, the Satanic Temple released a statement announcing it “amicably” settled the lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Netflix. According to the note, the organizations are acknowledging the unique elements of the statue in the show credits. Additional terms of the settlement are unknown due to a confidentiality agreement.
