In a cute announcement from Netflix themselves, they asked if fans wanted another season of Stranger Things. (The response was obviously yes.)

And the streaming service calmed all of the anxious fans down with a tweet that truly made our day: “FOR THE LOVE OF STEVE, DUH! So hold tight baby darts — season 3 is officially happening.”

Of course, this is no surprise whatsoever. Everyone’s ready for more, and there are already speculations about what'll happen in Season 3. There might even be some hints from the writers and cast members… See everything we know so far here. (One thing we can expect? More ‘80s references. Heck yes.)

The first episode of Season 2 averaged a whopping 15.8 million viewers within the first three days. Not to mention, 361,000 people watched all nine episodes of the season within the first 24 hours of its release… That might have been us. We have no shame.

Season 2 gave us an unbelievable amount of epic and unforgettable moments. From Chief Jim Hopper’s incredible dancing flashback to when he and Eleven were cleaning up their new hideaway home (which is now an amazing meme), to the new cast members who stole our hearts, we’re just waiting as patiently as we can for Season 3.
