Neutral Milk Hotel frontman Jeff Mangum announces full U.S. tour

Neutral Milk Hotel frontman Jeff Mangum has announced that he will embark on a U.S. tour in winter, 2013. Support bands will include Tall Firs, Briars of North America and the Music Tapes, and a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales will go charity Children Of The Blue Sky.
