New Found Glory seeking diehard fans for new music video

New Found Glory are gearing up for the future and teasing fans with news of a upcoming music video. While details on their future plans have been scarce, the band are looking to include fans in filming the new video.

Earlier this week, guitarist Chad Gilbert took to Instagram to tease that the band have been working on a new album, which will mark the follow-up to 2017’s Makes Me Sick.

“How do you arrange a track listing to an album when all 15 songs are your favorite songs,” Gilbert writes alongside a photo of the band. “Put them all on track 1 at the same time? It’s a difficult task but feeling confident in them no matter what order they go. Photo by @acaciaevans. Really cool effects by me!”

Now, the band are announcing plans to shoot a new music video for an unnanounced track, and they want their most diehard fans to be included. If it’s anything like “My Friends Over You” as the post pays tribute to, then we can only imagine what epicness awaits.

More on New Found Glory

News of a new album being in production comes a few months after the band dropped the final video from their recently released From The Screen To Your Stereo 3, the third in a series of film-inspired covers. They rounded out the seven videos with “Accidentally In Love” off Shrek 2.

The band first released “The Power Of Love” from Back To The Future back in February 2019.  They followed it up with “This Is Me” from The Greatest Showman in March then “Eye Of The Tiger” off Rocky 3 in May. Since then, they’ve shared hilarious takes on “Let It Go” (Frozen), “Cups” (Pitch Perfect) and “A Thousand Years” (Twilight).
