New Mega Man series coming to TV

A new Mega Man cartoon series will be coming to TV in 2017, (via IGN). The 26-episode run is being made possible through a three-way partnership between Capcom, Man Of Action Entertainment and Dentsu Entertainment USA.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to introduce an all-new Mega Man to loyal fans and kids,” says Yuichi Kinoshita, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dentsu. “Having a celebrated character from Japan reimagined by Man Of Action is the ideal project for Dentsu Entertainment USA.”

As if this didn't already send your childhood nostalgia levels through the roof, did you know Mega Man recently teamed up with Sonic The Hedgehog in a recent run of Archie comics? This writer feels like it's time to bust out that Sega Genesis sitting in his closet, slap a cartridge in and let the memories come flooding back.
